Tubina Wild is determined to provide nothing but excellence in every product we sell.



Returns

  • Returns may only be issued if requested within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging, UNOPENED, as this product is personal and intended to only come in contact with one family. Shipping costs for product returns will be covered. You must provide your own box for the return.

  • Please fill out our contact form here with your proof of purchase and photos of your unopened package to request a return and/or refund.

  • Please reference our replacement terms in the warranty if your tub happens to arrive with a defect.

Warranty

  • We will honor a full replacement of your Tubina Wild Tub if it malfunctions or is punctured due to our fault within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to test your tub before use and inflate completely for 24hrs to ensure it is not defective. There will be no replacement or return opportunity after 30 days. 

  • Tubina Wild will not replace tubs for cosmetic reasons such as dirty scuff marks, nail polish marks, marker or pen marks, etc.
